A visit to Periyar provides you the opportunity to see wildlife at close ranges, besides the varied vegetation and a wide variety of birds. Lying at an altitude of 700-1900 m above sea level, Periyar has a cool and comfortable climate. After lunch visit Spice Plantation and enjoy Elephant Rides followed by a Boat Ride at Periyar Lake in the evening (On direct payment basis). Return to hotel and have your dinner at the hotel followed by comfortable overnight stay.
